Avicenna Foundation’s employee attendance tracking — clock-in and clock-out — was unreliable, which made every payroll period hectic and error-prone.
We introduced new attendance policies and rolled out the RMS (Resource Management System) HR platform to automate and standardise tracking. The fix was implemented and resolved within five working days. We also support Avicenna’s broader managed IT and cloud services — M365 administration, user support, device management, cyber security guidance and strategic technology advice — and helped manage employee leave over the Christmas and Boxing Day period.
